1768-CNBR

The 1768-CNBR compact Logix communication module by Allen-Bradley is a ControlNet redundant bridge communication module which uses the open network for real-time and high throughput applications. The 1768-CNBR has a 5Mbps communication rate and can support up to 48 Logix communication connections. It has a maximum of 99 ControlNet nodes which draw 1.0 Amps current at 5.2 Volts DC.

The 1768-CNBR dissipate 5.14W of heat (17.5 BTU/hour) and a 30 Volts isolation voltage tested at 500 Volts AC for 60 seconds. It has an approximate weight of 0.293 kilograms (0.64 pounds) with dimensions of 132 x 56.7 x 105.1 millimeters (5.20 x 2.23 x 4.12 inches) The 1768-CNBR has a single slot width and can be mounted using either the DIN rail or a panel mount using either M4 or #8 screws. The module uses two ControlNet BNC and a single ControlNet RJ45 ports for connections and programming via a PC. The 1768-CNBR has a coaxial RG6 quad shield cable, a T4 temperature code, and an open style enclosure type.
